Here's a brief list to the 'most important' HL bot sites. If you have a really good link pertaining to Half-Life bots, please let me know.
HALF-LIFE BOTS...
Botman's bots not only support vanilla Half-Life, but TFC and Counterstrike too. There's also a good links section, and some useful information on the Half-Life SDK. I didn't use any of his code directly, but quite a few bots are based upon Botman's work.
The Jumbot is by bot-coding veteran Rich 'TheFatal' Whitehouse, and is probably the best available. I don't know that much about Jumbot internally, but it's the only one I regularly use.
Rho-bot inspired me to start coding a bot in the first place. Sadly, development has now been discontinued, but the source code is available (and well-written, too). Worth a look.
